Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Couldn't be more pleased with John's work. He immediately responded to our call, gave a more than reasonable quote, and started working within the next couple of days. He covered all of the areas of the project we had questions about without us having to ask, and offered excellent suggestions as to what could be done to make the project even better to up our satisfaction. The floor looks amazing, he really did a stellar job, and we will be calling him back with any future projects. Very highly recommend.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Just to let you all out there know I have the best installer out there for you!!!This guy is just unbelievable!!!!I had my house done by CUSTOM TILE INSTALLATION john back in 2002.He installed 24x24 travertine in my house,It was about 2000 square feet.He not only did a excelent job on the installation but he hand made a custom medallion,and installed it in the middle of my living room.It was just incredable!!The stone was not perfect and his installation came out perfect!!Believe me if I could have give him 10 stars I would.john also installed travertine 24x24 travertine in all 5 of my bathrooms w/all different patterns.If I could upload photos you would 1)not believe your eyes and 2)you sure would not even consider having someone else do your installation!!I could talk to you all day about john,he really is a master of his trade.THE REAL FACT OF THE MATTER IS,DONT LET THE TATTOOS FOLL YOU HE WILL DO A GREAT JOB W/YOUR INSTALLATION!!!Keep up the great work john!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended John is so incredible at his jobs. John did custom travertine in our home. He is efficient, professional, perfectionist. We are just so lucky to have found such a GREAT tile installer in John.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had used john, to work on a house I was staying in, and he made a house that looked like a barn, look like a million dollars on the inside, he goes well out of his bounderies when it comes to tile work. He can do anything you want with tile, if you can dream it, he can probably make it. I have never seen anyone do the kind of work he can do and I have been around people in the construction business all of my life. If you want the job done right, and done good. You probably need to find a way to get a hold of john.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My home was damaged due to weather and we decided to pull the carpet up and replace with tile.Although I am not usually a fan of tile and prefer carpet,my family was unrelenting in their request for tile.I called Custom Tile Installation and had them come over for an estimate.The owner, John Rapicka was excellent in his recommendations for our floors and was willing to spend as much time with me as needed to ensure that I was completely happy.I was so impressed I decided to have not only my living room tiled, but also my kitchen, dining room, and two bathrooms which included both showers.My view on tile certainly changed, and it never fails when someone walks in who hasn't been there before or hasn't been there since the remodeling that they cannot say enough to compliment the warmth, character, and classic, one-of-a-kind look that the tile has added to my home. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had 3 bids on my bathroom shower. However, when John came he was the only one that made many suggestions, and we worked together and changed the whole look. It has been upgraded beyond my expectations. He not only provided quality workmanship, but also proved to be meticulous and detail oriented. He was clean and courteous and cleaned up after he finished each day. It was a pleasure to work with him, and I highly recommend him to all.

Well Done - Would Use Again JOHN INSTALLED THE TILE IN MY NEW BATHROOM, LAYED THE PAVERS ON MY VERY LARGE BACK PORCH AND APPLIED THE TEXTURE TO MY WALLS IN MY NEW BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. HE DID AN EXCELLENT JOB, AND ALWAYS CLEANED UP THE JOB SITE AFTER. HE PAID ALOT OF ATTENTION TO DETAIL WHEN INSTALLING THE TILE AND THE PAVERS. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMMEND HIM FOR HIS WORK QUALITY, DEPENDABILITY AND FAIR PRICING.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended John installed Travertine stone in our bath recently and did an excellent job. Everything was completed on time, as promised, and at a very reasonable price. The bath looks wonderful. I highly recommend John for any tile and stone installation.
