Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I initially visited Pretty in the City following Stephanie Price, my nail technician (she's The Best!), and thought the salon was very nice and the staff were all friendly and very welcoming. While telling Stephanie one afternoon that I was looking for a new "do", she suggested that I speak with Sis, the owner, about a new haircut. Oh boy, Sis gave me highlights and a cut that I continue to receive compliments everywhere I go. They are very prompt with their appointment bookings and I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
