Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Floor Factory Outlet in St. Augustine referred us to Joseph Grosso for tear-out and replacement of 1500 sq. ft. of ceramic tile. We're so glad for that referral. Mr. Grosso's price was a little lower than competing bids. More important, he and his crew did extraordinarily careful work even while my wife and I were a thousand miles away and unable to check on things. Dealing with this company was a pleasure in all respects from start to finish. Every time I look at the floor of our condo, I think grateful thoughts of Tile by Joseph.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Recently I had tiles installed and I was promised the job would be completed in two days with Joe and his son Joel completing the job. The first day I lost 4-5 hours of work time from Joe leaving his son Joel to do the work alone. On the second day the rest of the tiles had to be laid and then grouted and baseboards installed. According to Joe the job was done. On the morning of the third day the tiles were still dirty as they needed additional washing/wiping and there was grout on some of the new baseboards and on my white marble treshold leading into the bathroom. On one of my new painted walls dirty sponge marks were showing. I called Joe about this and he remarked that all I have to do is wash/wipe off. I said no because this was his job to finish the job properly. He came over to clean it up.The kicker to all of this is I did not get the grout color I picked and Joe never informed me of this. when the grout dryed it was too late and I am stuck with a color I did not choose.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We were having our kitchen remodeled and called Joe at the last minute. He and his son came out almost immediately and took care of some minor repairs to our tiles. They did a fantastic job. As the cabinets were being installed, we realized another area needed tiles replaced. Again, last minute, we called and Joe came. He is a fantastic craftsman and a really great guy. Thank you for helping to keep us on schedule...you did an amazing job! Shari & Warren Carman

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Mr. Grosso recently completed installing new tiles in a hallway, our bathrooms and shower floor. His work is very professional. He cared about the smallest detail and checked and rechecked his work. He made suggestions as to how to improve our choices as he went along. We were extremely pleased with his work ethic and also with his friendliness and willingness to go the extra mile. We would highly recommend anyone thinking of using Mr. Grosso's talents. He is a true pro!
