Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! After 1 year of unsatisfactory service from this company we terminated our 3 year contract 2 years early. Our contract did have a termination clause with a payment requirement of 2 months service cost which we refuse to pay. The problems we encountered were never corrected and the company did not live up to their side of the contract of providing VOIP service. Everything they tried failed, they are not a proficient VOIP provider.
