Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The way this doctors office has ran it's business since I first looked them up has been unprofessional and frankly unacceptable. We are a family just starting out in life and in the area. I was pregnant n trying to find a dr to circumsize my son and they tried to bill me for it even though its covered by insurance n they r in contract with them. They held a grudge with me 4 calling the ins comp and finding out its ILLEGAL for them to bill me for it n so the ins comp got them in trouble. Now my son needs urgent medical care n they were suppose to send referrals and they're claiming no one knows how to send them but one lady who is out sick 4 a wk. despite ins comp saying sending referrals is simple n they should know how to do it. They told me they sent the referral last wed but when I called to check why it wasn't there I was told it was never sent. They're either extremely incompetent or r holding a grudge either way I wouldn't send MY kids here. Not sure how there still in business.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I was so relieved when I first called and made an appointment at Pinnacles Peds because Dr. Verdeflor accepted patients who were not vaccinated, and who were not going to be vaccinated. Our first visit with Dr. V was alright. He was a little standoffish--but, it often times comes with the nature of the profession. My daughter was in this past week for a physical and he proceeded to tell me about vaccines--I know about vaccines, I've researched them enough to know that I do not want my daughter to be vaccinated. I told him the reason I came to him was because he accepted children who were not vaccinated. His reply to me was," Find a new doctor, I accepted children in the beginning who were not vaccinated so that I could build my patient log, now that I have plenty of patients I am dropping any one who is not vaccinated." I feel that he is an arrogant prick. He doesn't truely CARE about his patients. Plus you can't understand a word he says. STAY AWAY from Dr. Verdeflor!!!!
