Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Putnam State Bank provided the best service anyone could have asked for durung the build process of my PC home. John Skripko took ownership of my account and kept me informed as the builder requested funds. John took the time to inspect the build process prior to making the payments requested by the builder. To say "he was my eyes no sight" woud be an under statement. GREAT JOB Putnam State Team!
