Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Don't know what happened to this company since all the prior reviews but it sure has changed. Had my entire system replaced two yrs. ago and continued to have problems. They kept coming out to try and fix it but problem continued. Now had the entire duct work replaced and ran into changing of the story as to what they would do at no charge and then try to charge for it. They also damaged something and just wanted to pay very little to fix it. They also didn't run the duct correctly to one room and now have to hire another company to fix because the owner said to find someone else to do anymore work, which will cost me more money. Left me with no heat one day when it was only 37 degrees at night. This company has a major communication problem within the company because someone in the office says one thing to the customer and the owner won't follow through with it. Owner tried to play the victim card, but I wasn't falling for it. I have all the proof of what I'm saying.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended The technical knowledge and quality provided by this company and it's staff is outstanding. I have been in technical services for over 50 years and have scene it all. The experience I had today watching two of their technical people installing my heating and air conditioning system was a real pleasure. Because of my experiences during the last ten or so years, I believed this type of commitment to honesty, quality of workmanship and overall concern for true customer satisfaction no longer existed. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Air Pros are a very professional company. When my AC was blowing warm Robert was there within the hour and got me working again. I have had some problems with the initial installation from the builder and have had to call air pros a few times. They never keep me waiting and show up and get the house cooled down quickly. This is an excellent company to do business with and they are trustworthy and very personable. It is great to know that for my maintenance I will get Robert every time. I feel extremely confident in him. Thank you for keeping my family comfortable. It's great to find a company I can trust.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended well robert wasn't available but stopped by. Jason & Tracey installed the unit, Nick and Jason cleaned the duct work. They all were VERY professional. They cared about the environment and removed what they brought in. The installation happened a day early, Meeting with Jim for the contract took him out of his way, this wasn't about best price but installation and equipment. My neighbor had the same unit instaLled a month ago and is very pleased. I can only say after not realizing the unit was completly installed and running when I had gone back into the house, I was overwelmed buy the freshness and quietness that greated me. We went a step further because of the pets we have, had the uvp and special filter installed. After only a couple hours we are breathing better.AppointmentS were met, Jim worked with me on the prices and I feel I got a very fair deal. I reccomend that people stop trying to get the lowest but look at reviews intellegently. I will report back in 2-4 mths. THANKS GUYS

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We called Air pros after seeing an advertisement in the Penny Saver. They were polite and said they would be out that same morning. They told me the name of the service person. he came out and fixed the problem. Their customer service is exemplary. i would highly recommend them.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Robert came to the rescue for us on a hot day when our thermostat wasn't functioning. We called Air Pros and feared we might have to do without our AC for a day or so and he came within an hour and made a diagnosis and had it running again. We had his men come back later & cleaned our duct work. They were professional and accomodating and we appreciate that they were so very helpful.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Air Pros installed my complete system about 15 months ago.... The worst time on a Sunday, and at 95 degrees outside, the blower motor died! I called for service and Robert was out withnin the hour and had it replaced in no time! I'm just glad that he had one on the truck! WOW! and get this..... I was out of the 1 year labor warranty just by a couple of months and being it was the only service call I had ever had he conceded the labor and I paid nothing! And and at that on a Sunday! Robert is top notch and I will recommend Air Pros to anybody who wants only the best Palm Coast has offer in A/C service and installation! - Nathan in Seminole Woods Palm Coast

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Robert came to my rescue again. I have a duplex and the ac went out the other day. Robert replaced the part and said to wait to see if the motor was burnt out rather than installing a new one on the spot. Thankfully is wasn't and he saved me over $200.00.They are truely professionals.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended What a fantastic company! Robert goes above and beyond to get you the part or service you need as fast as possible. I recently had an A/C issue that required a part on Friday night, rather than leave me with no A/C until Monday, Robert pulled a few strings and drove all the way to Ormond to get the part I needed. He installed it quickly and now my A/C is running perfect. I cannot say enough about how friendly, professional, and knowledgeable the Air Pros crew is, they will always have my business!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We had an AC emergency this morning and saw AIR PROS in the Pennysaver and called- within 15 minutes Mr. Murphy was at our door. He was polite, knowledgeable and explained and showed us where and what the problem was,he fixed and now we are sitting cool  There were no hidden cost and when we need to replace our unit he will be the first we call.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I love this company!! First off let me tell you that I am a district manager for a fast food chain. I use Air Pros for all of my equipment and air conditioning needs. Jim and his team are amazing, they come right away when we have a piece of equipment down, even if it is in the middle of the night at no extra charge. The service technicians are very polite, professional and neatly dressed. The rates are very fair and comparable to the market. Now let me tell you that I also use them in my home. I just purchased a home and needed my A/C serviced. Robert and his team made the experience delightful. They came out and gave me a free estimate and explained my issues in a way that I could understand easily. He explained my options and we made our decision. Robert's team was very friendly and they had a great sense of urgency, there was no dilly dallying. Robert came by to check their work and to top it off they left my A/C super cool and the area was cleaned up nicely! Thanks Air Pros!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Outstanding service from this company. Professional, knowledgeable and good value. I have called them twice and the service was exemplary on both occasions. Robert, the technician, gave me a thorough explanation of what he would work on along with an in-depth overview of how the system worked. If you need A/C service, give them a call.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My heat stopped working recently, so I called one of the local business recommended on this site with a "thumbs-up". They came out and looked at my heater for about 10 minutes and told me I needed a compressor, and considering the age of the unit, I should replace the whole thing. I told them money was tight, so they wrote me their best estimate for $3,225, and charged me $70 for the "diagnostic visit". I found AirPros on an internet search and called them. They came over within 2 hours and spent almost an hour trying to rescusitate my ailing heat pump. Finally Robert told me there was no saving the unit. He wrote me an estimate for the same job, with better equipment for $2,600 - and didn't charge me a penny for their visit. Naturally, I had them do the job. They did it quickly and professionally and I'm very happy. They also quoted me a great price to do preventive maintenance on my other unit for a great price, and it's now running great too. I will call them first from now on.
