Well Done - Would Use Again I rated 4 stars only because I have not used Tri City for any major service work in the past as I do most of my own service on my HD. Although I cannot honestly rate Scott's service, I would like to share the experience that I had at his shop today regarding a parts warranty issue. Scott handled the situation professionally and, I feel, went above and beyond what I have experienced at other shops locally. It was a pleasure doing business with Tri City Cycles and I will surely use their services in the future. I need to change the rear tire soon and I plan on bringing the work to them. One last thought,a close friend of mine has his bike serviced by Tri City and he is completely satisfied with their work. He speaks of no one else when it comes to having his bike serviced. I can see why. It seems like a great place and I would recommend you give them a try if you haven't already. I'll be back. Thanks.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Scott & Denise have treated my wife and I fairly for over 6 years now. Deliver parts and service as quoted if not sooner and a very reasonable price... Also, have never let down anyone that we have recommended. Check them out, you will be glad you did!

Well Done - Would Use Again Scott's a nice guy and does good work at a fair price. He's worked on my Goldwing and done tires on my Suzuki Burgman 650. You can trust him.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We have 3 bikes, 94 Ultra, 02 RoadStar, and an 04 Low Rider, and Scott and his team keep them all in top shape, I always know I'm going to be treated fairly and the workmanship will be tops. I never hesitate to bring him my rides for any problem or addons I don't do myself. Thanks

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have brought my '03 nomad to Scott several times and received excellent and honest service for a fair price every time. I will never go anywhere else again to have my bike worked on and recommend him to anybody.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Scott, Denise, & Brian (The Tri-City Team)... THANK YOU guys for all you do. Doing business with this company for nearly 14 years, they've serviced my dirtbikes and now my street machine. They're very easy to work with, and if they don't have what I need, it's there normally within a couple of days. I just had the team change out the rear tire on my SuperHawk996 (an AWESOME price as well). Finding a brake problem, Scott immediately called it to my attention, and even showed me the problem so I could see it first hand. Keeping in mind that I had a certain amount of $$$ on me and knowing the problem wouldn't hold out until my next payday, they worked with me so I wouldn't leave their shop without being SAFE. Just like every other visit to Tri-City, I'm 110% satisfied. I highly recommend Tri-City Cycle. It's great having a place like this here locally so I'm not forced to drive to Daytona. Thumbs Up!
