Top of the Line - Highly Recommended PSI is without doubt the best pressure washing service I’ve ever used. Dan was courteous when scheduling an appointment and arrived on time. He paid tedious attention to detail and performed all services requested at the quoted price. Dan and his crew cleaned all the gutters, power-washed the house, soffits ,doors and windows, removed mold and mildew from all surfaces including all screening, struts, screen doors and deck around the pool and lanai. Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This company was so polite. They set an appointment for us immediately, showed up on time and did a phenomenal job! I returned home from work hoping it would be okay and I was amazed at the job they did. I am over-the-top pleased with the outcome. They were reasonably priced. Definitely will use them again and would highly recommend them.

PSI was the most cost effective, friendliest, prompt and upfront in their estimate. I had a limited budget and for the price that some other companies wanted to charge me for cleaning just my driveway and the front of my house, PSI cleaned my WHOLE two story house (front and back), walkway, and driveway! I was blown away by the professionalism shown and my husband and I are very pleased by the quality of the work done and the time it took to do it. Good job guys! We'll be calling again, our house looks amazing.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! My friend recommended this company because of a coupon that was in the Mint Magazine. The owner did a BAIT & SWITCH. He came out and quoted a price of $75.00 that was $27.00 higher than promised. This same company had previously pressure washed my driveway for $65.00 last year. I called a competitor that was highly recommended on this forum and he quoted me $65.00, with the walkway included. After telling my story to a friend in another part of Palm Coast, the same bait and switch happened with them, too. The owner of this company was rude to me. Very unprofessional!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I've used PSI twice in the last 4 months..to clean out my dryer vent and then again two months later to wash my driveway,sidewalk,pool deck, pool structure and soffits. I have to say that I am very happy with the job they did and I will definitely use them again. Professional and reliable. Also..they do clean out the INSIDE of ther dryer and someone answers the phone when you call them..no answering machine!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended P.S.I. just came in and cleaned 100 driveways in my community at Savannah Square in Palm Coast. I just wanted to come on here and comment on what a professional company they are. Everything looks great and our entire community is happy with the work done. It's nice to see a professional and enthusiastic company for a change here in Palm Coast. They did everything they said they were going to do and then some.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Simply put if you need your property cleaned Dan at PSI is the one to call. He and his team bring customer satisfaction and attention to detail to another level. I have the utmost respect for the way Dan operates his business and the level of service he gives to myself and my customers. We have refered business back and forth for several years and I have never heard anything but praise for the work he's completed. When PSI cleans a house in preperation for us to paint I am always assured that they have gotten it ready for us to start our work. I also would like to say special thanks to Dan for doing an amazing job on cleaning out the dryer vent on the interior of my house recently. They showed up ON TIME, were polite, efficient and fulfilled our verbal agreement (put heavy things back where they were.)
