Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The worst State Farm experience I've had in my 29 years of being with State Farm! They made changes to my policy without my consent or knowledge that made my premium increase and REFUSED to help me or let me speak to the agent or office manager! They also gave out my personal information without confirming who they were speaking with. The mistakes were endless and with no apology. Switch agents immediately!! According to the other review he doesn't even work in this office which makes sense because he doesn't have a voice mail and they won't let you speak to him.

Don't use this agent! It will cost you lots of extra money! Make sure you chose a local agent who works out of the Palm Coast office.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am a new client to Anthony Lopez State Farm. I was invited to their Grand opening and client appreciation day and was pleasantly surprised. The event had the Mayor of Palm Coast, the Flagler Chamber, Hors D'oeuvres catered by La Piazza Restaurant along with really great refreshments. The State Farm Bear even made an appearance. This was first class all the way and it made me feel special. We talked and met other clients of "Tony" who all had a great time and only good things to say. I will tell you this was a neat experiance. I understand Tony will have a Customer Appreciation Day every year and I for one look forward to it

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I am a recent widow and have not handled things on my own before. Tony made me feel very comfortable, he really listened to what I needed and explained the whole investing process. I will be recommending him to everone I know for all State Farms services.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I went in for directions and was given cookies and coffee!!!!! I just moved from New Jersey and "Tony the agent" welcomed me to the community and even gave me a calendar. Tony's State Farm has it, immpecable customer service! I found my new agent.
