Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have a Samsung french door refrigerator and after a water filter replacement, the water stopped running. I tried different filters, no filter, etc., and was told by many on the blogs that I would need to replace the module. I called Steven on Monday and he came out on Wednesday to evaluate. Yes, I needed a module. I also have the dual ice makers and the lower stopped working a year after purchasing the fridge. He quickly diagnosed both, properly, ordered the parts and came back Friday. The refrigerator and ice maker are both working again after only an hour of labor. I asked these guys a lot of questions about the fridge (I am an engineer and am always curious how things work) and found them very knowledgeable and capable. I would definitely call these guys again and would recommend them to anyone.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Had my refrigerator repaired the same day I called. Price was less than competition I Was quoted from. They also replaced my above range Microwave for less than what Lowes and Home Depot wanted.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I used this company before and had no complaints with price or service. I recently had them come out again for a different appliance and was pleased with the service performed. The technician always is clean and professional. Will definitely use again.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk I have used Professional Appliance Repair just one time and that will be my last time. I think the charges were excessive - both for the part (I later realized I could have purchased the part for about $50 less than Steve charged me) and the labor. Steve charged me $120 for about 45 minutes work (including travel time).

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Very UNRELIABLE; does not KEEP HIS WORD or return phone calls. Sounded like he returned original phone call from a BAR! Came and performed one service OK I think ~ the other item needed a part and STEVE was to call me next day with a price. For THREE DAYS I have left about five messages to please get back to me about AC part;;;; NOT EVEN the COURTESY OF A RETURN PHONE CALL! SO, basically he took a lot of my money- HIGH PRICE FOR ONE REPAIR and was not reliable to call me the next day as he said he would. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS GUY; EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! **What a piss-poor way to run a business from a former business/service provider/owner.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Steven and Shawn serviced my Refrigerator and Dryer today. They were promt and professional. They also cleaned the dryer vent and as I watch then snake it out I was amazed at how much lint was inside the wall. Steven we on the roof and got anther large amount out. They also had the parts for the refrigerator on hand. I was referred by a friend that also uses them. I will use their services from now on! Two thumbs up. Thanks Steven!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Steven came to my home today and had the correct factory part on his service van. The price was competitive and also offered 20% off the part. Then gave 10% for my military discount. Will use again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Highly recommended. On time and did quality work. Also was very professional. I wish more people would take time to comment when they are happy with the service but most people comment only when they are angry, but we are very pleased!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I will be taking Steven Konen and 'professional appliance repair' to small claims court in St. Johns County very soon. He did not fix our stove-he did not come when he said he would, not once but twice-Will not answer the phone.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Beware. When Steven from "Professional" Appliance Repair came to my home to repair my refrigerator I thought he was a really nice guy. A family man. He replaced the "main board" saying a "lightening strike may have ruined it." After 24 hours the fridge was still not cooling. I called the next day. He came out and pulled the new main-board and advised me I needed a NEW refrigerator. He asked for the old "main board" that he removed the previous day-- and he pulled the new board I purchased and kept both. So I paid for the repairs (there was none) and the new main board--which he kept. He said I would be receiving a refund check for $300.(actual total was $313.60). I never got the refund. I called 4-5 times and left voice mails. (he never picks up-calls always go to voice mail). Steven never responded to my messages. I was never refunded and ultimately was burned for $313.60.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I have been using the business since 2008 and I have alway been very happy. I recently had Steven out and he did a good job at a fair price. I googled the average repair cost for the make and model of my refrigerator and they were hundreds lower than the others. Not only that also I had him to my rental property and he showed me where a past servicer had install the wrong part and showed me the correct one that he installed. This business has sent out different technicians and all are factory trained and very knowledgable and capable technicians. And if that's not all its a family owned so I have had the father fix my appliances in St Augustine since the 90's and the Son's in Palm Coast so no matter which rental I have I only need 1 company to service them! I am sorry I didn't leave feedback sooner but if you are a consumer you most likely are more apt to take the time to leave negative feedback a posed to good because it is usually driven by anger but I am so happy with this service!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! BEWARE doesn't even begin... they use cheap parts that break within 90 day warranty. Had them re-repair 3 times. Sometimes he'd miss an appointment by 6 hours without calling or answering my calls. Lied about cleaning out the vents in my home and still charged me. Through window watched him walk to side of house with a ladder that was too short, propped it up, waited a min, then went back to his truck with it - came in and told me he did it. Out and out LIED. Called Morello's to come (figuring somewhere else would do it) and turns out Morello's contracts to these guys!!! The same guy showed back up to my house! In the end called Appliance Service Pros and they fixed it perfectly - the first time.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Best all around! Very informative and had the correct part not after market junk. He gave me a great warranty and informed me of different insurance and surge protection programs to look into. Steven was very friendly and professional! The price was lower and the service call was too. I called several other companies and got no call back! Steven Konen came out at 6:30 Pm to fix my Refrigerator at no xtra charge and gave me more of a discount than advertised! I would and have recommended him and all my friends had great experiences with him and called to thank me for turning them on to Steve!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk Called to fix dryer/ad offered 10% discount. Came and fixed the loud noise and then said we needed our vent cleaned (in the house). Told him to do it and when he "finished" he said WE needed to get on the roof and clean out the hook shaped vent because his tool couldn't do that. We were billed nearly $300 with no documented discount, we were assured we were given one though. After much thought, and no way to get on our second story roof we called him back - after 3 messages he finally answered our 4th call. He said he'd come back Monday morning and do it. He finally showed Monday afternoon. Didn't come to the door. We saw him pass our window with a ladder and just a few seconds later he walked back passed. There was no way he did what he needed to do in under a minute, including ladder climb time. Our clothes still don't dry unless you run it 2-3 times and we're out nearly $300. Beware - this "company" is also used by other businesses who sublet out their work. BEWARE.
