Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I ordered inside tonight, a six piece chicken nugget, med fries, and chicken wrap. They totaled out at 12.00. I was expecting a receipt but they didn't give me one. When my food arrived it was six, six piece chicken nuggets and no fries. So the girl at the counter after 10 mins and got the manager who refunded the money for the extra nuggets. Then I asked for fresh food since it was 15 mins later and it was in a open bag grease coming through it. She told me that it would take 4 mins for it. Ok I told the manager and she took the food and went back to work. While waiting I went on the Wendy's Website and filed a complaint. After 10 minutes they put a bag on the counter. Large fries and a six piece chicken nuggets. I asked for a chicken wrap that was with the order. So in the time to get six chicken nuggets a wrap and fries, seven customers and 30 minutes have passed by. No Apology for me just one long night of bad service.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The previous review gave Wendy's a 5-star rating. However, that was for the new Wendy's on Palm Coast Parkway and I fully agree with it. The Wendy's on Old Kings Road has become quite the different story. Once consistantly good, this place is now a joke... a dumping ground for KFC rejects. A simple order at the drive thru gets screwed up and I have to park my car and go back inside to get it corrected. O.K... this happens sometimes at fast food places. But then the kid at the counter tells me that this IS what I ordered and tries to return the sandwiches to me. I tried to explain that "cheese, lettuce and onion ONLY" doesn't mean "slather it up with mayonaise". "But you didn't SAY no mayonaise". I also didn't say "No yak liver". First rule of business: Apologize, admit your mistake, then shut up and correct it!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We've been steady fans of the new Wendy's since it opened. During the day they have a guy keeping the dining room clean and chatting with customers, unique to Palm Coast I think. Best fast food in town for us.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I ask for a honey mustard for my chicken sandwhich, and they charge me .79 cents. The chicken was so old that I return it and they cook me a fresh one. Very bitter. They wanted to charge me again for another honey mustard. This place should take a lesson on the New Wendys. They are much quicker, cleaner. Also they have a older man asking if you would want a re-fill on your drink, and they dont charge you for honey mustard.

As Expected - OK to Recommend Wendy's is Wendy's, I love it. BUT What Wendys closes early? Where do we live? Thats not so good.

As Expected - OK to Recommend I have never walked in the door of this establishment (the one in Palm Coast), but once in a while we order from them at work; somebody from the office goes there, gets the food and brings it to the office. Is it the food acceptable? It is edible, but nothing exciting. I find it slightly better than McD. product, and same-level as B.King. I stil lthink the right fast-food/burger franchise is yet to be established.

Well Done - Would Use Again My father and I have been going to Wendys for lunch for a very long time. The food is quick and good. The carpets get cleanned by a great company. It makes me feel good to eat a fast food resturant that I know that they do a good job cleanning. They didn't recieve the awards for nothing. Mich. is a geat manager!!

Well Done - Would Use Again I am impressed with this place. I go there a couple of time a week they always get my order right and get it out quick. Nice for a quick cheep lunch.
