Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! DO NOT EVER GO THERE, and if you had already bought tires from them and have the lifetime rotation and balancing, you are better off paying somebody else the little bit of money that it cost. I GUARANTEE YOU, the only two positive feedback that this place received was from some scammer that works there. I was told that I needed over $2000 in brake work done, a friend of mine told me about another place and the problem was fixed for under a $100. They are as shady as they come there, also while I was waiting to get my vehicle everyone else that was in there needed some expensive repairs needed on their vehicle, what are the odds of that. Whenever I am going by there and see the people out front waiting for the cars to be done, I always feel like just telling them to go somewhere else, I am sure that they work hard for their money. Again avoid this place like the plague. I hope that I can just help one person out there from making the mistake I almost did.

THEY ALSO SOLD US OVER 600.00 WORTH OF STUFF ON MY WIFES CAR FOR NOISE COMMING FROM HER CAR AND AFTER ALL THAT WE DROVE AWAY STILL WITH THE NOISE TURNES OUT HER TRANSMITION WAS GOING AND MAKEING THE NOISE NOT THE 600.00 WE JUST GAVE THEM!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I used one star because that's as low as I could go. Got 4 new tires from Tire Kingdom and bounced down the road. Went back to have the the tires rebalanced and they told me they were balanced ok, but my brake rotors were warped and wanted to do it. I told then that I would take the car to the dealer because it was still under warranty. They still wanted to do it and would only charge me $60.00. I went to the dealer and the brakes were ok, but all 4 tires were way out of balance so they fixed that. Now the car ride very smooth. So for almost $100.00 I have a lifetime warranty for free balance and rotation from Tire kingdom that I'll never use.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I called to ask information about tire prices and they helped me quite well. the front desk person told me that it was alright for me to go in..a few mins later i show up and he remembered me (even though someone else checked me in). the price was still very well for the 2 tires. i was worried and concerned not only for my car but for my safety. he estimated my wait time of about 1 hr and 10 mins tops. after going next door for about 4 mins i walk in to see how much longer and they were already finishing up. they inspected my car, brakes, and spare tire. their customer service was great. i think they should smile more. but they were quite busy. i asked question after question and they answered all of my questions. i will return to tire kingdom and tell my family and friends about my experience. THANKS TIRE KINGDOM OF PALM COAST!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I was treated well the first time I went by the Gentleman at the counter, (he was spanish) - Thank you for your help btw. Buuuut,... a. In June, I had an alignment, oil change and front tires done. (no printout, no ink...) b. The tech William let me know that if the alignment was off, no worries, you have 6 months to re-do it under warranty. c. It pulled to the right. d. I go back for an oil change and re-do on alignment this last week, and they said sorry, I dont see your info in our records. They also said I need brakes - front rotors and pads, and rear shoes. UNREAL. They are worn, but still usable life in them) e. I bring back the receipt, and Lou the Manager says yes we can schedule your appt. f. I go back, and the new gentleman at the front desk says you drove 8500 miles, and we cant honor the warranty, but I can discount the new alignment by 10.00. yeah right... In my humble opinion, DO NOT USE TIRE KINGDOM..... DOOOO NOOOOT USE Tire Kingdom.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk We went to tire kingdom and spoke to Tony, he made and appointment with us for 1pm for tire balancing for our suv. We showed up at the scheduled time and Tony bumped us stating that he had to sell tires instead and said if you want you can come back around 4pm and I will try and squeeze you in. How unprofessional. We planned our whole morning around this appointment and for him to just bump our business shows how unprofessional that place is. They just lost many sales from us and we will not recommend to anyone we know. Poor customer service. Beware

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Very friendly sales person. Bought two tires and he informed me that they would do an alignment inspection. They called and informed me not only did I need the alignment (which I expected) but I also needed front brake pads and rotors for an additional $500 on top of the tires and alignment. I opted out of the brakes because I knew it hadn't been that long since the last brake job. I took it to my local mechanic who did an inspection and found the pads to only be half worn. They were taking advantage of pregnant mom who had safety on her mind. Be wary of what they tell you. It saved me $500. Now I wonder if I really needed the alignment.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! I bought a set of new tires after moving down here since they had a lower price than the dealer. I also paid for life time tire rotation and balance. They told me I should have the front end aligned for which I paid $80.00. The second time I took it back to them for the 5,000 mile rotation, they again said it needed to be aligned for another $80.00 or I could pay for an annual, three year or five year alignment special. It seemed odd to me that my SUV suddenly needed to be aligned so often and I was told by the manager that alignments are "very fragile" and that "they recommend alignment at leas once a year." Well, I never heard of alignments being "fragile" nor do I know who "they" are. I don't go over curbs or go trail blazing through the woods. They got defensive when I told them I was going to the dealer. Took it to the Ford dealer and there was nothing wrong with my alignment. RIP OFF!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had both of my front tires repaired after a nail damaged each of them at Wal-Mart. The clowns at Wal-Mart, who were yelling and cussing loudly, fixed the flats, but failed to correctly balance my tires. After that, whenever I drove over 55 MPH, the wheel shook violently. I believed it was the alignment, so I took it to Tire Kingdom. The alignment would have been $75, but the man at T.K. told me that it was probably the balancing, which cost $20 for the two tires. They ended up inspecting all of my tires and my brakes and gave me their opinion on the overall condition of the tires and the brakes. All of this was done courteously and in a timely fashion. Needless to say, when I went to Wal-Mart, the manager told me that his "mechanics" should have marked where that tires came off in relation to the balancing weights, insinuated that the balancing problem was already there and refused to listen to me at all. No more Wal-Mart for me!!! Who needs their worthless crap from China!

Well Done - Would Use Again Fixed our flat tire at no charge. Very pleased. Good customer service, although they can get busy and you have to make sure they see you. Much better than the crooks at Tires Plus.
