Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! As others have stated, Todd himself moved us in August and he was so disrespectful of our furnishings. I had purchased moving blankets to wrap everything and he threw them on the floor and moved very expensive furnishings with no cover. He dragged my mattress down the sidewalk after he tore the handles off....he couldn't be bothered wtih using a cart. Todd and his employee were rude, disrespectful and down right mean to me. Many items were severely damaged and we will be filing a lawsuit. This was the worst moving experience of my life and I was crying so hard I just had to leave. My husband tried to get them to be more careful and gave them a $100 tip before they were finished and they just continued to throw the chairs in a pile in the new house. I had heard good things about this company from years ago, but as many have stated, they are not the movers to use if you like your furniture.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! This was my forth move with Todd's moving. Todd himself packed and broke and ruined many things. The movers themselves were rude, combative and did multiple damage to our furniture including losing a end table drawer???? This was the worst moving experience ever. Todd had zero regard for the fact that I was a 4 time return customer and only defended his movers telling me I was wrong, all he offered in the end was a touch up pen (not sure how that would get my drawer back) I sent him many customers over the years but never again, stay far away from this one........We will be taking legal action.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Todd has moved furniture for us for 13 years, including baby grand pianos, extremely large and heavy armoires and machinery. He is always punctual, reliable, hard working, honest and a pleasure to deal with. We highly recommend him and his men!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We had planned a small job of 5 heavy pieces of furniture and, by phone, told Todd's it would probably take 2 hours. We weren't moving far. When the crew showed up and said it would probably only take one hour, we added some really awkward, inconvenient items to the move ... things we had been thinking of leaving behind because they might fall apart. Things we figured we could move ourselves ... a canoe, our big grill, our generator. Todd's guys enthusiastically encouraged me to let them try to move these things plus an 8' X 8' older outdoor shed in one piece. They did it! So appreciated this since my husband needs it to store & lock chemicals for his business. Very pleasant, no time wasting, nothing damaged. My piano is my baby and they transported it like child's play. Highly recommend. Call Todd's.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Recommended by a friend. I've moved at least 7 times in 12 years in Florida and wish I new this company from the beginning. The guys that moved me where friendly, funny and fast. All furniture made it without a scratch and into the new place quickly. The price was the best part. I almost had friends help me move, but I'm so glad that I call Todd's.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We purchased a hot tub and hired Todd's Moving Co to move it. Well let me say that they were OUTSTANDING !!!!! Went above and beyond and his staff were friendly and courteous and didnt make even 1 mark on the hot tub. This thing weighs about 600lbs and they had the proper equipment and it was in my patio in no time. Todd wanted to make sure he was on scene to help the move run smoothly, and boy did it... Keep up the great work. BTW thank you for helping with the mini fridge, you did not have to do that but you did without hesitation. Will file your number in my business directory ( Proudly )

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Real long story short,His two guys moved me,damaged my guest room headboard,ie split the leg and damage to the top.Todd had tried to fix it,brought it back and was not a good job,he told me he had to get it out of his garage or his wife would divorce him. Apparently they had company coming for Christmas. I told him the paint was not right, he said he could come back and paint it here outside.I told him that was not an option, because flies,bugs ect could get on the paint, and it needed really needed to be fixed by a professional.Basically, he then stated that his guys couldn't have dropped it, and he beleived, it was that way before the move. At this point I told him I did not appreciate being called a liar! I know the condition of my furniture. He said I took it wrong..Is there any other way to take it,he has false faith in his guys,because they go to his church,so I guess its better to call a customer a liar instead. Great way to do business! I really don't beleive it will last.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended We had a small move, which was estimated by phone close to what I expected. The movers were very professional, and moved us in about 2/3 of the hour estimate including properly hooking up appliances--we did have everything organized which helped decrease the time.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk well we hired todd based on the reviews here. the price was right we had them pack our things as well.When they arrived at the new house 60 miles away We had lots of damage, scratches, broken pieces of furniture ,and bad packing including putting a picture with glass at the bottom of a box with canned goods, really todd!?u can guess the outcome (the broken furn. was cheap wal mart type stuff) and not a real big deal,but still shouldnt have happened. There are several pieces of furniture we cant locate yet hopefully there at the old house, a recliner and a cedar chest. we had an agreement for them to get the stuff out of our attic they forgot and like fools we paid them in full at the end of the job in leiu of the attic contents.Todds responce to forgeting the stuff in thee attic was basically too bad im not doing it unless we paid more. Todds attitude was he wasnt willing to come see any damage and he didnt belive it was possible his guys did ANY damage.So beware cheap usuallyisnt good

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Finding a mover that will actually perform as good as their promises can be a daunting task. I am very fortunate that I found a great one. Todd's Moving is absolutely the best. Todd, Mark, and Reed are three honest, dependable and hard working guys. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Have used Todd twice. Cannot say enough good about his service. The glass on one of our large pictures was accidently broken and he told us about it and replaced the glass without our asking. Recommended his company to two friends, each of whom was completely satisfied.
