Top of the Line - Highly Recommended     I have bought 4 new cars from Tom Gibbs Chevrolet in the past 9 years. I would not think of buying from anyone else. I don't shop around any more - there is no need. This dealer listens to me determines my need and fulfills it at a reasonable price. He doesn't try to sell me ANYTHING or pressure me into buying a particular vehicle. My favorite salesman is Hans, relable and honest. I worked for an auto finance company for 32 years (GMAC) and believe me when I say that I know auto dealers and salesmen. This is hands down the best in the area. They also handle all of my service needs and have a great service department - very efficient and trustworthy. Mike Nailor (the service mgr) is top notch! This location handles all of my automotive needs.

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk     brought my truck in for power steering leak and it needed 2 hoses so I had it done. after picking truck up as i entered the highway my service engine soon light came on. The next morning there was oil on my driveway so I called service and told them about the oil and service light on, they said bring it back. The pump was overfilled and they said it needed a mass air flow sensor. I said it was fine when brought it in but maybe it just happened. I went back home and opened the hood and saw the sensor was broken on the top. I called them back and he said no problem we will replace it. They never called me back, so I called them. They asked me to come back again and upon there inspection they said the sensor is on the other side of the engine and they are not going to repair it. I do not know how it happened but I do know it was okay when I brought it in for the original repair. I will never return to any Gibbs dealer again.......

Well Done - Would Use Again     Did not purchase a new/used car from this company but had them detail my vehicle and they did a wonderful job. Didn't know where to post this but I wanted to be sure to give them credit for great customer service and a job well done. Will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me where I get my vehicle detailed. Thanks to the 3 men in the service department (Mike, Michael & Rob <img border="0" src="smileys/smilies_14.gif">.

Well Done - Would Use Again     Recently made a purchase on a 2010 Cobalt. The salesman Ray was excellent and very professional- very detailed with knowledge in all the cars we looked at.Some of the staff toured us around the facility--not many car dealers do that these days! Would recommend and refer to friends. Thank you Ray for making our experience a special one!!! Great Job!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended     I recently bought a chevy HHR and all i can say is the service was fabulous!!! I was treated with respect!!! Def will refer people here. Never had a salesman take the time to explain the features. Thanks Harry!!

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!     Drove over 70 miles after confirming the day before I would be there. Was shuffled from one saleman to another, without ever having the chance to see what there deal would be. Seemed afraid to put deal together. I confirmed to them I had other dealers offers and wanted to compare there deal. This was on a new Chevy Equinox 2011. Sorry, but I would not recommed this dealer, because of the experience I had...wasting time traveling over 140 mile round trip, plus waiting at dealership over and hour. MAYBE YOU WOULD HAVE BETTER LUCK AT ANOTHER DEALER!!!!!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended     A wonderful dealership to do business with. Purchased a used 2006 Chevy Silverado this past August. Got the deal I was looking for thanks to Neil Austin. The truck came with a 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. Had a problem with the transmission recently & took it in for service. The transmission was replaced at no charge! Del Hydrick took care of me in the service department. Thank you Del! If you want to do business with a fair and honest dealership go to Tom Gibbs Chevrolet. Great people, great service and great products. I would not think of going anywhere else to purchase a new or used vehicle.

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware!     My wife and I took a 24 hr test drive in one of thier used cars.When we returned the car,we found out they had already got rid of our car. My wife had not cleaned out her personal items out yet One thing was givin to her by her daughter who has cancer.Tom Gibbs told us that they did not know where the car was.We could have sued them and walked away with alot of money but we decided to give them a chance to redeem themselfs.The manager looked us both in the eyes and told us he would take of us when we trade the car we were buying in.We took the the car and drove it for 2years.2 weeks ago we went to trade it in,they didnt want to meet me $250.00 and told me that I would be better off walking out the door.I asked the manager if he remembered us and he said he did. He even asked how my wifes daughter was. Also we had a benifit for our neice and nephues son Anthony Plant.We lost Tony and Jackie 5months apart from each other to cancer.TG was to donate a car for a whole in one,It never showed

Well Done - Would Use Again     Great customer service! We purchased a used vechile from Tom Gibbs last week and it's awesome! Great great deal and we were treated with respect. Plus we got the price to what we wanted! Can't wait to buy another car from them in the future!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended     I am a local PGA Professional, who purchased a pre-owned mini-van from Victor Blanco at Tom Gibbs Chevrolet on 03-31-06. Victor brought the car to me and my wife to test drive, and took care of all the paperwork (needless to say we had the car by 3 p.m. that afternoon). That's what I call service and I'm not finished. My wife noticed the brakes screaming when they heated up. Called the Service department and spoke with Del, the assistant service manager and he said to drop it off and they would check it. My wife dropped it off and they gave her a ride to work (that's customer service). Del called me and explained the problem, it was fixed and there was no charge (he also check some other things as well). I was never treated so well by a car dealership in my life. My hat is off to Tom Gibbs and all his staff (Victor, Del, Shannon, Melissa and Ace)and of course Mr. Gibbs for having the vision. Thank You very very much and keep up the outstanding service.
