Top of the Line - Highly Recommended What a great store. Sales people know what they are talking about. I kept trying to buy stuff on amazon but it never worked. These people got me all fixed up. I also found out that the prices are better than the st aug or daytona stores because they are a dealer store. They got some really cool helicopters in for christmas. I know whats going on my list this year

I also found out that the prices are better than the st aug or daytona stores because they are a dealer store. They got some really cool helicopters in for christmas. Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! The first and last time I will ever shop at Radio Shack. I went in to purchase an item today - the lady working was there by herself and was very rude and unwelcoming. You'd think for a store who is struggling for business with all the different avenues for getting these items (online, major retail stores, etc) that they'd take the approach of providing excellent customer service but they don't. I was not greeted when I walked in, I was rudely asked what I was looking for and not another word was said to me when I left. You can get the feeling sometimes that a place doesn't want your business and this place sure seems this way. I will only return to the store to return the item I just purchased and that's it.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended This place is GREAT!! I needed a USB to 1/8 inch plug for my Bose Radio and not only did they have it, they sold it to me for $1.00. Also, they gave me a free cheeseburger when I left AMAZING!!! They told me next time they would wash my car AND dog for FREE!!! I love this place, you have questions, they have answers!!!

Below Expectations - Try at Own Risk The last time I went to this store I returned something that I was told if it does not work I could bring back with no problems, I was relieved and bought it. However,when I returned it the mgr told me he had to charge me 20% restocking even though the packaging was perfect you could not tell the box had even been open and all materials were there. If I bought that at a circuit city store they would never do that or be rude about it. I also tried to purchase a radio shack brand phone battery which no one there could find. I even showed the battery I needed to them, they didnt offer to get battery in for me either and this is for a radio shack product. I wont ever go to that store again. They are dissapointing, and they are the only electronic store in town. Palm Coast needs more variety and competition so these places don't get complacent like so many have.

Well Done - Would Use Again These guys really take the time to make sure you get what you need. They change batteries in watches, remote controls, and radios. I have seen them teach people how to use electronics they bought from other places. Very helpful. The only problem is that the owner, Aaron, never EVER smiles.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended upon a recent visit to radio shcack I was yet again impressed by the staff's curteous manner and ease with wich they handled all my needs. I always tell my friends to go there and you should to.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Love radio shack, and it is a very cool store. Nice electronics and very good service! My #1 electronics shop.
