Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! We took our laptop there to have him retrieve the password since we forgot it and he flashed the harddrive and now it no use to us at all because he ruined it. He charged us money to ruin our computer and didn't even tell us that the computer was no longer useful to us. I am very angry as we spent a lot of money there.
