Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! Beware of this towing company, My son was involved in an accident and his car was able to be driven but florida law stated that it had to be towed until an investigation was completed. my son was notified 2 weeks later by mail that his charges were going to be $600.00 for towing ,storage,and office fee's. We were not aware of such charges and when contacting Rogers Towing we were greeted with rude and unprofessional responses from Stacy. My son and i went to Rogers Towing and asked to get his personal belongings out of his car, the gentleman behind the counter asked what were our intentions regarding the car and we stated that my son could not afford the fee's and was surendering his car to the towing company. The gentleman had my son sign a form and then escorted us to his car and watched him retrieve his belongings. Now a lein was placed against his tag until fee's are payed in full. we contacted Rogers Towing and we were greeted with unprofessional responses from Stacy again.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended On July 6 we experienced a tire separation on I95. Called AAA. Soon a truck from Rogers Towing arrived. The drivers name was Johnny. He was extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. We were back on the road within an hour of our mishap.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended My van broke down in Holly Hill while my aunt was driving it. I called Rodgers towing at almot 6pm yesterday, they quoted me a very reasonable rate. Everyone was friendly and easy to talk to, especially the dispatcher (Joanne). They towed the van without me having to be right there. The tow truck operator was very friendly and helpful. This took the edge off of an otherwise stressful situation. I would use them again! However, I hope I never need to. Great Job Rodgers Towing!

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended I had broke down on 95 really polite guy came from rogers and towed me home HAVE USE THEM BEFORE BUT NEVER HAD THIS GUY HE WAS MORE THAN WILLING TO HELP IN ANYWAY I NEED . THANKS

Unacceptable - Watch Out, Buyer Beware! That's horrible. A week before Christmas and a car repair on top of a hostage situation. I've used them before and just thought the dispatcher was having a bad day. Nice to know this is her trait.

Top of the Line - Highly Recommended Pat & Joanne have been around a long long time serving Flagler and surrounding area's. They have polite & professional staff. 24 hours a day & reasonable rates. They tow it all, big or small...give them a call.
